The Hopewell Valley Education Foundation is sponsoring a virtual cooking class conducted by Mario Mangone, owner of the Chambers Walk Restaurant in Lawrenceville. Community members can order the video of last year’s class for $25 and watch it at their leisure and/or they can register for this year’s class for $30 and view the live cooking class on Sunday, January 29 from 1:00 – 2:00. pm.
